Woke up on Saturday morning to find we had no hot water. We have a Renai continuous hot water service. Found a very old fridge magnet on our fridge and called The Pied Plumber. The lady that answered the phone, (who I later found out is Adam's mum) was really lovely and we worked out a time that would suit Adam to come and take a look. I had to take my mother in law to the doctors later that morning so I arranged to meet Adam at 2.00pm. He called shortly after I had booked the appointment and asked if he could come over in 30 minutes to take an initial look encase he needed to get parts, because the Reece plumbing supplies in our area closed at 12.00 pm, that way he could get what he needed and come back at the arranged time. He arrived and took at look, determining that it was most likely an electrical issue with either one or both of the internal control units, but was able to disconnect these so that we would at least have hot water over the weekend. He to took the time to write down all of the model numbers for me so I would be able to give this information to Renai when I called them. I received an email with a copy of my invoice with half an hour of Adam leaving. Super efficient, friendly and great to deal with. I would highly recommend this company.
